Developed a Vision AI platform that serves as the foundation for multiple computer vision and edge AI initiatives. The platform combines cloud infrastructure, AI integrations, and modern web technologies to enable real-world operational use cases across multiple industries.
My involvement
- Led the platform's technical architecture and day-to-day engineering delivery.
- Defined frontend, backend, cloud, and application architecture across the platform.
- Built the initial frontend architecture and reusable service layer to establish engineering standards before scaling development.
- Led technical recovery of an external implementation by restoring platform stability and aligning it with the intended architecture.
- Built key platform components including backend services, AWS infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and a modular multi-application architecture.
- Directed engineering execution, technical prioritization, and code quality across multiple development efforts.
- Extended the platform to support additional AI-driven initiatives through solution design, customer discovery, and pilot planning.

- Delivered the Vision AI MVP without additional engineering headcount or infrastructure investment.

Platform Technical Direction

Backend Platform (cv-backend) Development
Built NestJS backend with PostgreSQL, S3 integration, authentication flows, and production deployment on EKS with observability and health checks.
Multi-Tenant Platform with RBAC and Authentication
Designed and implemented multi-tenant architecture including organization onboarding, RBAC, tenant isolation, identity lifecycle management, invite flows, and Keycloak-based authentication.
Modular Monorepo Consolidation
Restructured the codebase into a modular monorepo, eliminating duplicated code across verticals and reducing setup effort for new product lines.
Real-Time Alerting System (Kafka + WebSockets)
Rebuilt live alert pipeline using Kafka consumer, WebSocket routing, deduplication logic, and restored real-time dashboard functionality.
