Intelligent Transportation Portal

Developed an intelligent transportation web portal that enables operators to visualize roadway conditions, infrastructure status, and transportation events through an interactive, map-based interface backed by real-time data integrations.

My involvement

Gathered requirements and refined the product direction through collaboration with product leadership.
Designed and built a new portal UI after replacing an earlier implementation that did not meet demonstration requirements.
Developed backend services and real-time data integrations to transition the portal from mock data to live operational data.
Improved application architecture, reliability, deployment readiness, and overall user experience.
Led technical implementation, prioritization, and delivery to meet aggressive demonstration timelines.

Outcomes

Replaced the original portal implementation with a new customer demonstration experience.
Delivered a live-data demonstration several weeks ahead of the original target schedule.
Enabled demonstration of real-time transportation data through the portal instead of mock data.
