- Led product strategy, architecture, and hands-on platform development.
- Designed the multi-tenant CMS and backend architecture using Node.js, Next.js, and MongoDB.
- Built centralized inventory management and dynamic data services.

- Directed platform evolution to improve scalability, flexibility, and operational efficiency.
