- Developed the market sizing model, business case, and monetization strategy to support leadership planning.
- Evaluated and prioritized pilot candidates, technology partners, and delivery approaches.
- Produced the product scope, roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and pilot planning artifacts.
- Connected the Smart Energy initiative to the broader Vision AI platform strategy.
