Developed a Vision AI–enabled Smart Energy initiative focused on improving utility operations through computer vision, sensor data, and AI-assisted monitoring. The work included product definition, market analysis, partner evaluation, pilot planning, and go-to-market strategy.

My involvement

  • Defined utility use cases, customer problems, and product scope through stakeholder discovery.
  • Developed the market sizing model, business case, and monetization strategy to support leadership planning.
  • Evaluated and prioritized pilot candidates, technology partners, and delivery approaches.
  • Produced the product scope, roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and pilot planning artifacts.
  • Connected the Smart Energy initiative to the broader Vision AI platform strategy.
